At this moment, the lever 24 is inserted into the space between the working elements 3 and with its end surfaces interacting with the bone 6. With the further rise of the lower working element 3, the pressing action of the levers 2 on the bone 6 increases, as a result of which the processed piece of meat occupies a strictly specified position. The process of orientation of the machined piece continues until the bracket 32 attached to the element 3 reaches the stop 33. Upon further raising of the element 3 by means of the rod 3, the shaft 27 is rotated clockwise, as a result of which the levers 2k are removed from areas of work items. Thus, this device provides precise centering of the bone in the process of deboning the meat without damaging it, while also increasing the productivity of the device during an account of the fact that the bone is cut from pieces of meat.
